
According to reports from Business Standard, Kiran Vyapar reported a consolidated net loss of ₹10.34 crore for the quarter ended March 2026, representing an improvement from the net loss of ₹12.75 crore recorded in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. The company's sales declined 26.23% to ₹8.83 crore during Q4 FY26, compared to ₹11.97 crore in Q4 FY25. The operational performance showed significant deterioration with operating profit margin (OPM) at -44.73% in the current quarter, while the previous year's quarter had recorded OPM of -60.82%.
As reported by Business Standard, for the full financial year ended March 2026, Kiran Vyapar experienced a dramatic decline in profitability with net profit falling 98.31% to ₹1.02 crore compared to ₹60.18 crore in the previous year ended March 2025. The company's annual sales declined 7.00% to ₹104.51 crore in FY26, down from ₹112.38 crore in FY25. The operating profit margin for the full year stood at -39.96%, while the previous year had recorded OPM of 60.94%, indicating a complete reversal in operational efficiency.
According to the financial data reported by Business Standard, the company's PBDT (Profit Before Depreciation and Tax) remained negative at ₹-13.12 crore in Q4 FY26, compared to ₹-13.08 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. PBT (Profit Before Tax) was also negative at ₹-13.19 crore in the current quarter, unchanged from ₹-13.13 crore in Q4 FY25. The annual PBDT declined 86% to ₹-13.12 crore from ₹-13.08 crore in the previous year, while annual PBT remained negative at ₹-13.19 crore compared to ₹-13.13 crore in FY25.
