
KFin Technologies (KFintech) has signed a significant lease agreement for 2.42 lakh square feet of office space in Hyderabad's Kokapet area, with a total rental outgo of ₹282.85 crore over 15 years. According to deal-related documents accessed via Propstack, the registrar and transfer agent has secured the space through five separate lease agreements in Rajapushpa West Avenue. The lease will commence on August 1, 2026, with KFintech paying a monthly rent of ₹1.09 crore, translating to ₹45 per sq ft per month.
The lease agreement includes a security deposit of ₹6.55 crore and features a 5% annual rent escalation clause. The office space spans floors 6, 23, 24 and 25, with a total carpet area of 1.76 lakh square feet. The space is being leased from Rajapushpa Realty LLP, as reported by Propstack. KFintech's email queries regarding the lease remained unanswered.
KFintech serves mission-critical needs of asset managers with clients spanning mutual funds, alternative investment funds (AIFs), pension funds, wealth managers and corporates in India and abroad. The company provides software-as-a-service (SaaS)-based end-to-end transaction management, channel management, compliance solutions, data analytics and various digital services to asset managers across segments, as well as outsourcing services for global players. According to Cushman & Wakefield, Hyderabad recorded gross office space leasing of 5.2 million square feet in H1 2026, up 25% year-on-year.
