Turnkey pre-engineered steel construction solutions provider Interarch Building Solutions has secured an order worth approximately ₹128 crore, including taxes, from a domestic FMCG player of international repute for a manufacturing facility, according to a regulatory filing. The customer's name has not been disclosed due to commercial considerations. Under the order, Interarch will handle the complete design, engineering, manufacturing, supply and erection of a pre-engineered steel building (PEB) system. The project is for a manufacturing facility catering to homecare, beauty and wellness products and is scheduled to be completed in around 10 months. The contract provides for a 20% advance payment.
Shares of Interarch Building Solutions jumped 1.85% to ₹1,752 following the contract announcement, as reported by Business Standard. The stock's technical indicators show the 50 DMA at ₹1,822.53 and 200 DMA at ₹2,006.89, with the stock moving sideways in the current session. The positive market response reflects investor confidence in the company's ability to secure large-scale construction projects.
The latest contract comes as Interarch's order book has moved above the ₹1,700 crore level disclosed by the company in June. Speaking to CNBC-TV18, Managing Director Arvind Nanda said, "We don't have the net order book yet, but it is certainly higher than the ₹1,700 crore order book that we had declared." The company had secured fresh contracts during June, including a domestic order worth around ₹165 crore for the design, engineering, manufacturing, supply and erection of a PEB system. Interarch announced new orders worth ₹375 crore during the month.
Interarch reported a 20.71% year-on-year increase in net sales to ₹459.65 crore for the quarter ended June 2026, compared with ₹380.77 crore in the year-ago period. Quarterly net profit was largely unchanged at ₹28.25 crore, down 0.47% from ₹28.38 crore a year earlier. EBITDA increased 2.04% to ₹42.42 crore from ₹41.57 crore in June 2025. The company provides turnkey pre-engineered steel construction solutions in India.
