Indobell Insulations has secured a ₹1.56 crore domestic order from Sundaram Brake Linings for the supply of Ceramic Fibre Nodules, as disclosed under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The order was submitted to the BSE Limited on July 17, 2026 by Sanjay Agarwal, Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of Indobell Insulations. The transaction involves the supply of Ceramic Fibre Nodules, a key insulation material, with payment terms set at 45 days direct credit and an execution timeline extending to March 2028.
The latest order represents a significant portion of the company's market capitalisation, with its ₹1.56 crore value equivalent to about 3.0% of Indobell Insulations' market capitalisation of ₹52.60 crore. The order is purely domestic in nature and falls outside the scope of related party transactions, ensuring it was conducted at arm's length with no promoter group interests involved. This latest development adds to the company's earlier secured orders worth ₹14.75 crore from the same client, bringing the total contract value to ₹17.90 crore.
According to Business Standard, Indobell Insulations is engaged in the manufacturing and export of insulation products and also operates as a service provider in the insulation segment. The company reported challenging financial performance in H2 FY26, with a 81.25% decline in standalone net profit to ₹0.33 crore compared with the previous fiscal year. Net sales fell 57.50% year-on-year to ₹8.58 crore in H2 FY26, as reported by Business Standard.
