
Indo Rama Synthetics (India) delivered impressive financial results for the quarter ended March 2026, with consolidated net profit rising 25.57% to ₹64.13 crore compared to ₹51.07 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. According to reports from Business Standard, the company's sales increased marginally by 0.27% to ₹1,201.68 crore in Q4 FY26, up from ₹1,198.47 crore in Q4 FY25. The company's operating profit margin (OPM) improved significantly to 8.52% in the current quarter, compared to 6.86% in the same period last year. As per Trade Brains, the basic earnings per share increased by 25.51% to ₹2.46 as against ₹1.96 recorded in the same quarter in the previous year.
The company's full-year performance demonstrated exceptional growth trajectory, with net profit surging 10,629.29% to ₹150.21 crore in FY26 compared to ₹1.40 crore in FY25. As reported by Business Standard, sales grew 15.29% to ₹4,910.06 crore in the financial year ended March 2026, up from ₹4,258.93 crore in the previous year. The company's PBDT (Profit Before Depreciation and Tax) increased substantially by 305% to ₹200.67 crore in FY26, while PBT (Profit Before Tax) rose 10,822% to ₹152.91 crore during the same period. According to Trade Brains, the annual basic earnings per share increased by 11,400% to ₹5.75 as against ₹0.05 recorded in FY25.
The strong quarterly results triggered a robust market response, with Indo Rama Synthetics shares hitting a 20% upper circuit of ₹44.90 per share on Tuesday, up from its previous closing price of ₹37.42 per share. As per Trade Brains, the company's market capitalization stands at ₹1,172.40 crores. The company's PBDT for Q4 FY26 stood at ₹75.98 crore, representing a 20% increase from ₹63.40 crore in Q4 FY25. According to the financial data reported by Business Standard, the company's PBT for the quarter was ₹64.13 crore, showing a 26% growth compared to ₹51.07 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. The company's debt-to-equity ratio is 2.18x, while ROCE and ROE stand at 17.9% and 34.5% respectively, indicating strong operational efficiency.
