Imagicaaworld Entertainment has successfully completed the conversion of its convertible warrants, resulting in the allotment of 2,34,82,500 fully paid-up equity shares of face value ₹10 each. According to reports from Business Standard, the company's board approved this allotment at an issue price of ₹73.50 per equity share, pursuant to the conversion of convertible warrants originally allotted on a preferential basis in March 2025.
The company had initially allotted 2,34,82,500 convertible warrants at an issue price of ₹73.50 per warrant to the promoter and identified non-promoter investors, with 25% of the consideration received upfront at the time of allotment. As reported by Business Standard, the company has now received the balance 75% subscription amount of ₹129.45 crore, resulting in full conversion of the warrants, with no warrants remaining outstanding.
This warrant conversion represents a significant development for Imagicaaworld Entertainment, as it eliminates all outstanding convertible warrants and brings the full subscription amount into the company's equity base. According to the company's announcement, this completion of the warrant conversion process demonstrates successful execution of the preferential allotment strategy initiated in March 2025.
