
IIRM Holdings India has successfully raised ₹543.75 crore through a private placement of equity shares and convertible warrants, with the investment led by Carpediem Capital Partners Fund II managed by Carpediem Advisors Private Limited, Sanshi Fund-I, and individual investor Vurakaranam Ramakrishna. According to the latest announcement, the fundraise involved 1,570,352 equity shares at an issue price of ₹143.28 per share for gross proceeds of ₹225 crore, along with 8,898,657 pre-funded convertible warrants at ₹35.82 per warrant for gross proceeds of ₹318.75 crore. The transaction was completed on July 31, 2026 and remains subject to shareholder approval, along with other statutory and regulatory clearances. Each warrant is convertible into one fully paid-up equity share within 18 months at a conversion price of ₹107.4.

The company's flagship subsidiary, India Insure Risk Management and Insurance Broking Services Pvt. Ltd., has been operating in the insurance broking business since 2003 and was India's first licensed insurance broking company. In FY26, the company handled gross written premium (GWP) of more than ₹16 billion through its operating companies, with 18 offices, over 500 employees and serving around 2,000 corporate clients and nearly 100,000 retail customers across its markets. The company also maintains 100+ reinsurer partner-relationships worldwide.
