As reported by ICRA Limited, bond issuances moderated from elevated levels seen a year ago but gathered pace towards the end of the quarter as bond yields softened and liquidity conditions improved. The Risk & Analytics revenue surged 58.7% YoY, driven by the acquisition of Fintellix and sustained demand for risk, regulatory technology and data solutions. The business also benefited from increased demand for BankTech and CapTech offerings, alongside a gradual shift towards product-led engagements. MD & Group CEO Ramnath Krishnan noted that the ratings business remained anchored in high-quality analytical delivery and market engagement, while risk and analytics benefited from robust demand across data, risk and technology-led solutions.
