
Honasa Consumer Limited has elevated Shivang Jain as Chief Executive Officer of BTM Ventures, the parent company of men's grooming brand Reginald Men. According to reports from The Hindu BusinessLine, this marks the first major leadership move since the Gurugram-based beauty conglomerate acquired a majority stake in BTM Ventures in December 2025. Jain, who previously served as VP of Corporate Strategy and Chief of Staff at Honasa, will now oversee strategic direction and business operations at BTM Ventures.
The appointment represents an internal promotion, with Jain having worked directly with Honasa's founders on portfolio expansion and strategic planning. As reported by The Hindu BusinessLine, before joining Honasa, Jain spent over a decade in investment banking and consulting, with stints at Avendus Capital, EY, and JPMorgan Chase & Co. He holds a PGDBM from XLRI Jamshedpur. Speaking about his new role, Jain expressed excitement about leading the next phase of growth for BTM Ventures, emphasizing his passion for building brands and focus on creating meaningful value for consumers.
Commenting on the elevation, Varun Alagh, Co-founder and CEO of Honasa Consumer Limited, highlighted Jain's strategic contributions to the company's growth journey. The announcement coincided with strong trading performance for Honasa stock. According to The Hindu BusinessLine, shares were up 1.22 per cent at ₹478.00 as of 2.24 pm on the NSE, touching a 52-week high of ₹491.35 intraday. The stock has gained over 68 per cent year-to-date and 65 per cent over the past year, significantly outperforming the Nifty 500, which is down 3 per cent YTD. The company's market capitalisation stands at approximately ₹15,577 crore.
BTM Ventures was founded in August 2022 by Trisha Reddy Talasani and focuses on science-backed personal care products.
