Gland Pharma delivered exceptional financial results for Q4 FY26, with consolidated net profit surging 97% year-on-year to ₹366.7 crore compared to ₹186.5 crore in the corresponding quarter last year. As reported by The Economic Times, revenue from operations increased 22% YoY to ₹1,742.8 crore, against ₹1,424.9 crore reported in Q4 FY25. The company's adjusted EBITDA for the quarter rose 51% year-on-year, while the adjusted EBITDA margin improved to 30%.
The Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO) business emerged as a major growth driver, contributing 46% of total revenues during Q4 FY26 and recording strong 36% YoY growth. According to The Economic Times, for the full FY26 period, CDMO revenues also contributed 46% of total sales and grew 28% year-on-year. The company continued strengthening its product pipeline through sustained research investments, with quarterly R&D spending at ₹506 million and full-year FY26 R&D investments reaching ₹2,230 million.
The Board of Directors recommended a final dividend of ₹20 per equity share (2000%) on the face value of ₹1 each for FY26, subject to shareholder approval at the company's 48th Annual General Meeting.
