The company's sales declined 3.97% to ₹29.79 crore during Q4 FY26, compared to ₹31.02 crore in Q4 FY25. The operating profit margin improved to 10.31% from 9.19% in the previous year, indicating better operational efficiency despite the revenue decline.
As reported by Business Standard, for the full financial year ended March 2026, GKB Ophthalmics achieved a consolidated net profit of ₹1.22 crore, representing a substantial improvement from the net loss of ₹7.04 crore recorded in FY25. The company's annual sales surged 36.76% to ₹149.06 crore in FY26, compared to ₹108.99 crore in the previous year. The operating profit margin for the full year improved to 5.75% from 2.55% in FY25, demonstrating enhanced operational performance throughout the year.
According to the financial data reported by Business Standard, the company's profit before depreciation and tax (PBDT) increased to ₹3.37 crore in Q4 FY26 from ₹3.14 crore in Q4 FY25. For the full year, PBDT rose to ₹8.13 crore from ₹3.64 crore in the previous year. The profit before tax (PBT) for Q4 FY26 was ₹2.57 crore compared to ₹3.93 crore in Q4 FY25, while full-year PBT reached ₹4.89 crore versus ₹6.73 crore in FY25, showing consistent improvement in pre-tax profitability across both quarters and the full financial year.
