GHV Infra Projects Ltd announced on Thursday (March 9) that it has secured two significant work orders worth approximately ₹216 crore from GHV (India) Private Limited for infrastructure development works. According to a regulatory filing, the company received a work order valued at approximately ₹111 crore, excluding GST, for construction of various infrastructural development works for the expansion of the car shed at Sanpada. In a separate order, the company received another work order valued at approximately ₹105 crore, excluding GST, for similar infrastructural development works for the expansion of the car shed at Kalwa in Maharashtra.
Both contracts have been awarded by a domestic entity and are required to be completed within 24 months from the date of commencement. As reported by CNBC TV18, the orders are for infrastructure development works related to the expansion of car shed capacity at Sanpada and Kalwa in Maharashtra. The company stated that GHV (India) Private Ltd is the entity awarding the contracts, with both projects falling under related party transactions and executed on an arm's length basis.
This latest development follows GHV Infra Projects' February contract for ₹123 crore from Enmas EPC Power Projects Limited for the supply of grid-connected rooftop solar plants. According to CNBC TV18, the previous order involved the supply of all materials required for 28.83 MWp grid-connected rooftop solar plants for 14,416 SC and ST consumers, with the work order to be completed within 120 days. The company also secured a ₹546 crore contract for Mumbai roadworks in a previous period.
Shares of GHV Infra Projects Ltd ended at ₹302.75, up by ₹10.40, or 3.56%, on the BSE today, April 9, following the announcement of these new contract awards. As reported by CNBC TV18, the promoter of GHV Infra Projects Ltd is Jahidmohmed Vijapura, who is a designated partner in JHV Commercials LLP and also a director and shareholder of GHV (India) Private Ltd.
