
Garware Hi-Tech Films Limited (GHFL) has achieved a significant milestone by becoming the first company in India's automotive films and detailing industry to enable card-linked Equated Monthly Instalment options at the point of sale. According to reports from Business Standard, this partnership with Pine Labs, a leading merchant commerce and payments platform, represents a breakthrough in making premium vehicle protection more accessible to customers through flexible payment solutions. Mr. Deepak Joshi, Director, Sales & Marketing – GHFL, emphasized that this isn't just a payment upgrade but a statement of intent, removing affordability barriers for premium vehicle protection and doing so at scale across their network.
The EMI facility will be available across GHFL's domestic automotive portfolio, PPF, Auto Window Films and the Garware Detailing Solutions range. As reported by Business Standard, the offering includes flagship products such as Garware Titanium, their most premium PPF, priced upwards of ₹1.5 lakh. Customers will have access to 3, 6 and 9-month EMI options, allowing them to spread purchase costs over convenient monthly instalments while maintaining access to luxury-grade vehicle protection solutions. The initiative aims to make premium solutions more accessible while providing a seamless payment experience at the point of purchase, according to Business Standard reports. The partnership leverages 25+ credit card banks/NBFCs in the ecosystem, ensuring comprehensive coverage for customers across different financial institutions. This collaboration combines GHFL's extensive automotive portfolio and strong channel network with Pine Labs' payments capabilities and issuer ecosystem to create a more flexible and rewarding purchase journey for customers.
