Flipkart Group reported an 18% revenue increase to ₹1,45,880 crore in FY26 as operating losses narrowed, while net loss remained at ₹8,468 crore rupees. The company's adjusted Ebitda improved by approximately ₹1,500 crore, while the adjusted operating margin improved by 230 basis points to negative 5.4%, compared with negative 7.7% a year earlier. However, higher finance costs, derecognition of deferred tax assets recognised in earlier periods and certain one-off exceptional items limited the reduction in net loss to about ₹178 crore from ₹8,646 crore in the previous financial year. The results mark the first time Flipkart Group's consolidated financial performance has been reported under Flipkart Internet Private Limited following its redomiciliation to India.
The improvement in gross margins reflected better unit economics across the business. Adjusted operating business losses before finance costs, tax, other income and exceptional items narrowed by approximately ₹1,600 crore year-on-year, representing a reduction of about 17%. The company's advertising business grew 31%, outpacing the group's overall revenue growth of 18%, placing advertising among the group's expanding revenue streams. These results have been published under Flipkart Internet Private Limited and reflect the group's performance for the year ended March 2026, with the company stating these statements provide a historical account of the group's performance rather than a current trading update.
