The ESOS allotment has resulted in a net increase of 54,650 equity shares in the company's paid-up equity share capital. As reported by Business Standard, the company's paid-up equity share capital has been increased from ₹3,74,90,60,810 to ₹3,74,96,07,310, representing a marginal expansion of the share base.
The total number of equity shares in the company has increased from 37,49,06,081 to 37,49,60,731 following the allotment. According to Business Standard, each equity share maintains a face value of ₹10, indicating no change in the nominal value per share despite the increase in total share count.
