
eClerx Services announced a 1:1 bonus share issue on Wednesday, where the company will issue over 4.7 crore equity shares of face value ₹10 per share. According to reports from The Economic Times, the bonus shares will rank pari-passu in all respects with the fully paid-up equity shares and carry the same rights as the existing fully paid-up equity shares. The board of directors approved the bonus issue during a board meeting held on Wednesday, alongside the announcement of Q3FY26 earnings. Bonus shares are issued from the company's reserves or accumulated profits, not from fresh capital, with the share price adjusting downward proportionately to maintain total investment value.
The business process management, automation and analytics services company reported robust financial results for the December-ended quarter. As reported by The Economic Times, net profit jumped 40% year-on-year to ₹192 crore versus ₹137 crore in the year-ago period. The profit after tax (PAT) grew 5% sequentially compared to ₹183 crore in Q2FY26. The total revenue stood at ₹1,102 crore, up 6.4% QoQ and 22.2% YoY. The Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation and Amortisation (EBITDA) stood at ₹307 crore in Q3FY26 versus ₹298 crore in Q2FY26, up 3%. The operating margin was down sequentially to 27.9% from 28.8% in Q2FY26. The EBIT figures stood at ₹261 crore, gaining 2.1% QoQ and up by 35.9% YoY. In USD terms, operating revenue increased by 21% to $121.7 million compared to $100.7 million last year. The basic EPS for the quarter ended December, 2025 was ₹40.81 as compared to ₹29.19 last year. The total delivery headcount as of December, 2025 stands at 21,847 - an increase of 18% YoY.
Revenue from operations in the quarter under review stood at ₹1,070.33 crore versus ₹1,004.85 crore in Q2FY26 and ₹853.82 crore in Q3FY25. This translates into a 6% QoQ and 25% YoY jump. The company's performance was supported by steady execution, higher USD revenues, and resilient operating performance despite marginal margin compression. The operating revenue increase reflects the company's ability to maintain growth momentum across business segments and geographies, with the bonus share issue reflecting the board's confidence in the company's future prospects.
