
According to reports from Business Standard, DigiSpice Technologies reported a 5.40% decline in consolidated net profit to ₹6.48 crore for the quarter ended June 2026, compared to ₹6.85 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. The company's sales revenue decreased by 12.94% to ₹107.75 crore in Q1 FY2026, down from ₹123.76 crore recorded in Q1 FY2025.
As reported by Business Standard, the company's operating profit margin (OPM) improved to 7.95% in the June 2026 quarter from 5.17% in the same period last year. PBDT (Profit Before Depreciation and Tax) increased by 27% to ₹14.31 crore compared to ₹11.28 crore in the previous year. PBT (Profit Before Tax) grew by 30% to ₹12.35 crore from ₹9.50 crore in the corresponding quarter of FY2025.
