According to the latest disclosure made to BSE Limited in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2015, the domestic order excludes GST and is scheduled to be executed by 23 February 2027. The company has confirmed that neither its promoters nor promoter group entities have any interest in the awarding entity, and the contract does not fall under related-party transactions. This equipment is used for specialized testing and quality validation in defence-related systems, playing an important role in ensuring operational reliability and performance of defence equipment.
