
According to reports from Business Standard, Cryogenic OGS announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Infravolt Engineering Private, has secured a significant order worth ₹5.27 crore from Fimer India Private Limited. The contract involves the supply of busbar kits and is scheduled for completion by 30 November 2026. As per the latest disclosure, the order is valued at ₹5,27,00,451.53 (including GST) and represents a significant contract win for Infravolt Engineering in the electrical infrastructure sector.
As reported by Business Standard, Cryogenic OGS demonstrated strong financial performance in FY26, with standalone net profit jumping 52.1% to ₹9.26 crore compared to ₹6.09 crore in FY25. Revenue from operations increased 24.1% year-on-year to ₹40.82 crore in FY26. The company provides equipment solutions for metering, filtering, pressure reduction, dosing and blending.
According to Business Standard, the company's stock counter rose 0.66% to ₹305 on the BSE following the announcement. The contract is specifically noted as not a related-party transaction, with neither promoters nor promoter group entities having any interest in the award.
