The company's sales grew 15.02% to ₹391.73 crore during the quarter, up from ₹340.59 crore in Q4 FY2025. The strong performance was accompanied by an operating profit margin of 24.31%, significantly higher than the 19.03% recorded in the same quarter last year. As per Business Upturn, revenue also increased 40.59% quarter-on-quarter, reflecting strong business momentum and robust profitability growth.
According to Business Upturn, Crizac demonstrated exceptional EBITDA performance with EBITDA reaching ₹95.21 crore for Q4 FY26, compared to ₹66.57 crore in Q4 FY25, registering a sharp 43.03% year-on-year growth. Sequentially, EBITDA rose 44.17% from the previous quarter. The company's EBITDA margin expanded significantly to 24.31% during the quarter from 19.55% in the year-ago period and 23.70% in the previous quarter, indicating improved operating efficiency and operational execution. This margin expansion demonstrates the company's enhanced ability to convert revenue into profit.
As reported by Business Standard, Crizac demonstrated robust annual performance with full-year net profit increasing 41.39% to ₹219.14 crore in FY2026 compared to ₹154.99 crore in FY2025. The company's annual sales rose 22.68% to ₹1,042.16 crore during FY2026, up from ₹849.49 crore in the previous financial year. The operating profit margin for the full year stood at 27.41%, compared to 25.30% in the previous year, indicating improved operational efficiency across the business.
According to the financial data reported by Business Standard and Business Upturn, Crizac showed significant improvement in profitability metrics during both the quarter and annual periods. The quarterly profit before depreciation and tax (PBDT) increased 39% to ₹101.99 crore from ₹73.44 crore in Q4 FY2025, while annual PBDT grew 25% to ₹314.58 crore from ₹250.85 crore in FY2025. The annual profit before tax (PBT) rose 40% to ₹287.22 crore compared to ₹205.19 crore in the previous financial year. As per Business Upturn, profit before tax (PBT) stood at ₹92.91 crore versus ₹62.08 crore in the corresponding quarter last year, reflecting a growth of 49.65% YoY.
