The company reported Q4 FY26 net profit of ₹258.23 crore, compared with ₹302.14 crore in Q4 FY25, representing a 12% year-on-year decline. Revenue from operations remained largely stable at ₹2,256.84 crore versus ₹2,281.37 crore in the same quarter last year. As reported by the company, total income for Q4 FY26 stood at ₹2,345.94 crore, while profit before tax was ₹339.98 crore and earnings per share was ₹3.39 per share with a face value of ₹5. EBITDA also fell 3% to ₹427.5 crore from ₹440.6 crore a year earlier, while the EBITDA margin narrowed slightly to 18.9% from 19.3%.
For the financial year 2025-26, CONCOR posted revenue from operations of ₹9,059.45 crore, up 2.2% from the previous year, while net profit declined 3.9% to ₹1,221.81 crore. The company's total comprehensive income for FY26 was ₹1,240.93 crore. According to the company's results, EXIM business continued to drive overall growth, while domestic operations saw a marginal decline. The EXIM business revenue for FY26 was ₹6,008.63 crore, up from ₹5,733.32 crore, while domestic operations revenue was ₹3,050.82 crore, down from ₹3,130.05 crore.
The company's board has recommended a final dividend of ₹1 per equity share with a face value of ₹5, translating to a 20% payout for FY26, subject to shareholder approval at the 38th Annual General Meeting. This comes in addition to interim dividends of ₹1.60 per share (32%), ₹2.60 per share (52%), and ₹3.40 per share (68%) that were distributed during the financial year. The total dividend payout for FY26 stands at ₹8.60 per share, providing substantial returns to shareholders despite the challenging profitability environment. The company also offers a forward dividend yield of 2.66% with an earnings date of May 25, 2026.
