
Shares of Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions surged 15% to an all-time high of ₹1,421.20 on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) following the announcement of a major renewable energy partnership with Meta Platforms. According to Business Standard, the company announced it will develop and operate 837 MW of new solar and wind projects across Rajasthan and Karnataka for Meta, combined with previously announced projects, the partnership now exceeds 900 MW of renewable energy capacity. As reported by Business Standard, the projects will comprise large-scale solar and wind installations and build on an existing relationship between the two firms. Kuldeep Jain, Founder and Managing Director of CleanMax, emphasized the strategic importance of the partnership, stating that "We are thrilled to partner with Meta...For us, that infrastructure is increasingly digital, AI-driven and interconnected. It must also be powered by clean energy."
The latest partnership announcement includes a significant environmental commitment from Meta, as reported by Business Standard. Meta will purchase 100% of the environmental attributes generated by the projects, supporting its goal of matching electricity consumption with 100% clean and renewable energy and helping reduce value-chain emissions in the region. This enhanced scope represents a deeper commitment to sustainability beyond the initial capacity development, highlighting the increasing role of corporate renewable energy procurement in driving India's clean energy transition. The stock has demonstrated exceptional performance with seven consecutive sessions of gains and nearly 25% total increase during this period. According to Moneycontrol, shares opened with a gap-up of 9.54% after the Meta partnership announcement and later pared some gains amid profit booking, trading at ₹1,338 per share, up 8.57% at around 11:30 AM. As reported by Business Standard, at the time of reporting around 10:30 AM, Clean Max Enviro shares traded 7.5% higher at ₹1,325.50. Rajesh Palviya Jain, senior vice president and head of research at Axis Securities, noted that the stock is currently trading near all-time highs and remains attractive despite the strong rally. "As long as the stock stays above the ₹1,260 zone, a buy on dips strategy is recommended. There is potential for the stock to extend its gains and move toward the ₹1,400–₹1,450 range in the near term," he said. The company had issued shares at ₹1,053 apiece in the primary markets, making the current levels represent significant gains for investors.
During the quarterly earnings for Q4FY26, Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions recorded robust growth across key financial metrics. As reported by Business Standard, the consolidated net profit rallied 151.8% to ₹55.42 crore on a 25.1% rise in revenue from operations to ₹557.46 crore in Q4 FY26 over Q4 FY5. The revenue for the quarter jumped 25% YoY to ₹557 crore compared to ₹446 crore in the previous year. The EBITDA for the quarter increased 5% YoY to ₹3,497 crore, while the net profit more than doubled to ₹45 crore. The strong growth was primarily driven by robust capacity addition and sales throughout the year. The company currently holds a total capacity of 5.7 GW, with 3.1 GW operational and 2.6 GW yet to be executed and contracted. According to CNBC TV18, CleanMax is India's largest pure-play commercial and industrial renewable energy company with more than 15 years of operations. The strong growth in operational capacity was largely driven by high demand for power from the data centre and AI segment, which currently holds 42% of the contracted capacity, significantly up from 14% in FY24.
The company currently serves 588 customers across sectors, including technology, digital infrastructure, manufacturing and industrial businesses, as reported by CNBC TV18. 74% of the new contracted capacity came from existing customers, highlighting strong customer retention and business visibility. The company maintains a strong client portfolio including major technology companies such as Apple, Google, Cisco, and Amazon, which it continues to serve with renewable energy solutions.
