
According to reports from CNBC TV18 and Angel One, Cera Sanitaryware reported mixed financial results for Q4 FY2026. The company posted a net profit of ₹77.34 crore for the fourth quarter, representing a 9.6% year-on-year decline from ₹85.58 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. However, the profit showed a significant 226.8% quarter-on-quarter increase from ₹23.67 crore in the December 2025 quarter. Despite the profit decline, the sanitary products manufacturer demonstrated strong revenue growth with total income increasing 9.5% YoY to ₹650.10 crore from ₹593.74 crore in the previous corresponding quarter, and also marking a 27.4% increase QoQ from ₹510.38 crore in December 2025. As per CNBC TV18, the earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) declined 7.3% to ₹97.9 crore from ₹105.6 crore in the year-ago quarter, while margins contracted to 15.2% from 18.3% in the corresponding quarter of the previous financial year.
For the complete financial year 2026, Cera Sanitaryware's total income increased by 6.3% YoY to ₹2,102.98 crore, up from ₹1,977.75 crore in the previous fiscal year, as reported by Angel One. However, the net profit for FY26 saw a decline of 17.2% YoY to ₹204.19 crore from ₹246.48 crore in the previous fiscal year. This annual performance reflects the company's mixed quarterly trends, with strong revenue growth offset by profitability challenges throughout the financial year.
According to the company's exchange filing dated May 8, Cera Sanitaryware has recommended a dividend of ₹75 per share for FY26. The dividend, if approved by members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting, will be dispatched within 30 days from the date of declaration. The company has set July 7, 2026 as the record date for determining shareholder eligibility, with the register of members and share transfer books remaining closed from July 8-15, 2026. As per CNBC TV18, the 28th annual general meeting will be held on July 23, 2026. As reported by Angel One, this dividend is subject to approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting and represents a 1,500% dividend on the fully paid-up equity share of ₹5 each.
