According to the latest unaudited standalone financial results approved by the Board of Directors on August 11, 2026, Centerac Technologies reported a net loss of ₹16.99 lakh for the first quarter of FY26 (Q1FY26), ending June 30, 2026, representing a significant deterioration from the net loss of ₹3.99 lakh recorded during the corresponding quarter of the previous year. The Mumbai-based technology solutions provider's financial performance showed marked decline across key metrics during the first quarter of the current fiscal year.
The company's revenue from operations contracted by 28.5% year-on-year to ₹4.89 lakh in Q1FY26, down from ₹6.84 lakh recorded during Q1FY25. This substantial revenue contraction was even more pronounced when compared to the preceding quarter, where revenue stood at ₹40.81 lakh in Q4FY26. The divergence between revenue decline and expense growth highlights significant operational pressure during the quarter, with the company experiencing high volatility in its quarterly performance.
Total expenses rose significantly to ₹21.87 lakh in Q1FY26 from ₹10.83 lakh in Q1FY25, with other expenses jumping to ₹20.92 lakh from ₹10.34 lakh in the corresponding previous year period. While cost of materials consumed remained low at ₹0.50 lakh, the sharp increase in other expenses drove the net loss from ₹3.99 lakh to ₹16.99 lakh. The company's operating profit margin (OPM) remained negative at -340% in Q1FY26, compared to -57.14% in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. Other income was nil during the quarter, compared to ₹0.10 lakh in both the preceding quarter and the full year ended March 31, 2026.
The company's financial performance showed a 325% increase in losses when comparing the June 2026 quarter with the same quarter of the previous year. Basic earnings per share of a loss of ₹0.15 worsened from a loss of ₹0.04 per share in the prior year period. In contrast, the preceding quarter (Q4FY26) had been profitable with a net profit of ₹20.59 lakh, supported by significantly higher revenue of ₹40.81 lakh, indicating the high volatility in the company's quarterly performance.
