CarTrade Tech's financial performance has shown strong momentum, with consolidated profit after tax jumping 53.6% YoY and 15.2% QoQ to ₹70.85 crore in Q4 FY26. Revenue from operations stood at ₹203.14 crore in Q4 FY26, up 19.8% YoY but down 3.1% QoQ. As per Aneesha Bhandary, Executive Director and CFO of CarTrade Tech, the platform aims to create a single platform for buying, selling, and exchanging used cars by combining the strengths of these established market players. The initiative is designed to be asset-light, with partnerships with leading banks and NBFCs, positioning the company to unlock finance and retail enablement while remaining technology-led.
