The company reported robust fourth quarter results with consolidated net profit increasing 19% to ₹172.88 crore from ₹145.3 crore in the year-ago period. As reported by CNBC TV18, revenue from operations grew 19.4% year-on-year to ₹600 crore from ₹502.5 crore a year ago. Earnings Before Interest, Tax, Depreciation and Amortisation (EBITDA) rose 21.4% to ₹204.2 crore from ₹168 crore in the corresponding quarter last year, with EBITDA margin expanding to 34% from 33.5% a year ago.
For FY26, Caplin Point reported consolidated total income of ₹2,302.73 crore, marking a 13.22% increase from ₹2,033.90 crore in FY25. According to CNBC TV18, consolidated net profit for the year rose to ₹649.73 crore from ₹541.09 crore a year ago. The company's USA business reported revenue of ₹453.4 crore for FY26, while the Rest of the World segment contributed ₹1,733.8 crore. Standalone operations also contributed to growth, with total income rising 5.26% to ₹933.70 crore and net profit at ₹396.58 crore for FY26.
The company's board approved an interim dividend of ₹4 per equity share for FY26, as reported by CNBC TV18. The company has fixed May 30, 2026, as the record date for determining shareholder eligibility for the dividend, providing additional value to investors alongside the strong financial performance. Caplin Point maintains its debt-free status and consolidated equity of ₹3,630.80 crore as of March 31, 2026.
