
According to reports from Moneycontrol, Brookfield Corporation-backed BSREP IV FPI Two Holdings (DIFC) has acquired an additional 1.7% equity stake in Nirlon via open market transactions on February 17. Meanwhile, Aica Kogyo Company, the Japanese chemical and construction materials manufacturer, has purchased 29.01 lakh shares (17.1% of paid-up equity) in Stylam Industries for ₹652.94 crore. This acquisition follows Aica Kogyo's earlier purchase of 10% shares in Stylam on February 13, bringing their total stake to 27.12% and making them a promoter of the company.
As reported by Moneycontrol, Nirlon shares rose 1.46% to ₹522.5, marking the highest closing level since September 25, 2025, amid significant volumes. Stylam Industries shares closed 0.04% higher at ₹2,219.7 on the NSE. The promoters involved in the Stylam transaction were Manav Gupta, Pushpa Gupta, and Dipti Gupta, with the transaction price set at ₹2,250 per share.
According to the bulk deals data reported by Moneycontrol, Aica Kogyo has entered into share purchase agreements on December 26, 2025 with multiple promoter entities, including Pushpa Gupta, Dipti Gupta, Manav Gupta, and Jagdish Gupta. Through both agreements, Aica has agreed to acquire up to 67.79 lakh shares (40% stake) in Stylam. The company has now acquired 17.12% stake on February 17 and 10% on February 13, totaling 27.12% stake and becoming a promoter of the company.
As reported by Moneycontrol, Arvind SmartSpaces shares rose 1.98% to ₹552.45 with promoter entity Aura Securities acquiring 18.35 lakh shares (4% stake) at ₹545 per share, valued at ₹100 crore. Easy Trip Planners rallied 20% for the second consecutive session with Arthkumbh Ventures LLP buying 3.92 crore shares (1.08% stake) at ₹9.41 per share, valued at ₹36.97 crore. Yatra Online shares declined 3.82% to ₹155.69 after promoter entity THCL Travel Holding Cyprus offloaded 28.33 lakh shares (1.8% stake) at ₹158.05 per share.
