The operating profit margin (OPM) improved significantly to -100% in FY2026 from -177.78% in the previous year, indicating better cost management despite revenue challenges. However, the company's total annual expenses of ₹31.509 lakhs are more than double the total annual income of ₹14.652 lakhs, reflecting the widening gap between expenses and revenue generation.
According to the financial data reported by Business Standard, the company's Profit Before Depreciation and Tax (PBDT) remained at ₹0.03 crore in both the March 2026 and March 2025 quarters. However, Profit Before Tax (PBT) declined by 13% to ₹0.04 crore in Q4 FY2026 from ₹0.05 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. The company's Reserves and Surplus stand at a negative ₹87.13 lakhs, indicating depleted shareholder equity and continued erosion of equity due to persistent net losses. The standalone net loss has widened from ₹14.762 lakhs in FY25 to ₹16.856 lakhs in FY26, while the company remains debt-free but faces significant operational challenges. Historical financial data shows a pattern of persistent financial weakness with low trading volumes on the exchange, reflecting a long-standing struggle for the company to maintain robust business activity. Investors will monitor future quarterly results for signs of revenue recovery or stabilization, as the company's expense-to-income ratio remains concerning and any strategic decisions aimed at addressing this gap will be closely watched.
