Bluspring Enterprises shares have delivered exceptional multibagger returns, surging 112% in just three months and rallying 194% from its 52-week low of ₹42.01 hit in March 2026. The stock reached a 52-week high of ₹131.60 in Friday's trading session, marking a remarkable turnaround from its previous lows. According to LiveMint, the stock has climbed 14.5% over the past week and 57% in the last one month, demonstrating strong investor confidence in the company's contract-driven growth strategy. The company's wholly-owned step-down subsidiary, STEAG Energy Services (India), secured a ₹1,437.17 crore operations and maintenance (O&M) contract from Vedanta Aluminium Metal. The five-year contract, effective August 1, 2026, covers the comprehensive operation and maintenance of Vedanta's 1,215 MW (9x135 MW) captive power plant. This latest win brings the company's cumulative 30-day contract wins to ₹5,113.25 crore, representing nearly 2.7x the company's current market capitalization.
The contract win reinforces Bluspring's deep relationship with the Vedanta Group and positions the company among the top-tier specialized energy service providers in India. With a 5-year fixed tenure, this contract provides a stable annuity-like revenue stream starting FY27, adding high-quality, long-term visibility to the existing service revenue model. The ₹1,437.17 crore contract is spread over 5 years, providing an estimated annual revenue addition of ~₹287 crore starting from late 2026. The successful integration of STEAG Energy Services (India) is clearly yielding high-value industrial mandates, with the company undergoing a structural re-rating as it transitions from a facility management firm to an industrial energy services leader.
According to LiveMint, this marks the second major order awarded by the Vedanta entity in recent months. Last month, STEAG Energy Services (India) secured a ₹1,219.85 crore comprehensive O&M contract for Units 1, 3 and 4 of Vedanta's 1,800 MW thermal power plant, effective July 1, 2026. Additionally, Vedanta Power awarded the company a ₹406.43 crore maintenance contract for its 600 MW thermal power plant last month, also valid for five years from July 1, 2026. The subsidiary has maintained a strong relationship with Vedanta through multiple contract extensions, including an extension of contract for Operations and Maintenance of Thermal Power Plant 1,800 MW from Vedanta Aluminium Metal Limited. On June 26, 2026, Bluspring secured extensions for two O&M contracts from Vedanta Group worth ₹1,626.28 crore. The latest order comes weeks after STEAG Energy Services secured another major O&M contract from Bharat Aluminium Company Ltd. (BALCO) in June 2026, which had triggered a 17% rally in Bluspring Enterprises' shares.
According to Business Standard, Bluspring Enterprises recorded a consolidated net profit of ₹4.12 crore in Q4 FY26 as against a net loss of ₹19.74 crore in Q4 FY25. Revenue rose by 7.9% year-on-year to ₹864.80 crore in the March 2026 quarter. The company posted a pre-tax profit of ₹7.96 crore in Q4 FY26 as against a pre-tax loss of ₹20.40 crore in Q4 FY25. Total operating expenditure increased by 5.3% to ₹845.16 crore in Q4 FY26 over Q4 FY25. The company operates as an integrated infrastructure services enterprise delivering integrated facility management, food and hospitality, security (powered by Terrier), engineering asset management (powered by Hofincons), and telecom networks (powered by Vedang) through its category-leading brands. The company clarified that the order has been awarded by a domestic entity and does not involve any related party transaction.
According to LiveMint, the stock has surged 100% so far in 2026, demonstrating strong momentum throughout the year. As of the latest trading session, Bluspring Enterprises has a total market capitalisation of ₹1,854.86 crore. The share price touched a 52-week high of ₹131.60 following the contract announcement, with Friday's gains contributing significantly to the multibagger returns. The company's market perception has shifted from a ₹1,875 crore small-cap to a high-execution infrastructure partner for the Vedanta Group. The stock has climbed over 58% in the past month and surged nearly 85% in the past six months. Unlike other demerged entities, Vedanta Aluminium Metal, widely regarded as the group's crown jewel, bucked the trend and its share price gained 2% to ₹471. Bluspring Enterprises is an infrastructure services company incorporated in 2025, engaged in the integrated facility management business, providing end-to-end facility management solutions across soft services, hard and engineering services, production support services, hygiene services and technology-enabled services.
