Blue Jet Healthcare shares surged up to 10 percent on Monday following the company's impressive fourth quarter results. According to reports from Moneycontrol, the stock settled at ₹483.90 per share on the NSE, reflecting strong investor confidence in the healthcare company's performance. The rally was primarily driven by the company's significant sequential profit growth and ambitious fundraising plans announced alongside the quarterly results.
The company reported a net profit of ₹64.34 crore in the March quarter, representing a 60 percent sequential increase from ₹40.16 crore in the December quarter. However, as reported by Moneycontrol, net profit declined 41 percent from ₹110 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous financial year. On a sequential basis, revenue showed improvement with a 14 percent increase from ₹206 crore. The board recommended a final dividend of ₹1.20 per equity share of face value ₹2 each for FY26, representing a 60% payout on shares with a face value of ₹2 each, subject to shareholders' approval at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.
The board approved a proposal to raise up to ₹10,000 crore through qualified institutional placement, preferential issue, private placement or other permissible routes, subject to regulatory and shareholders' approvals. As reported by Moneycontrol, the fundraising will be conducted through multiple routes including qualified institutional placement, preferential issue, private placement or other permissible routes. The company has scheduled an extraordinary general meeting on June 17, 2026, to seek shareholders' approval for the proposed fund raise.
