Blue Cloud Softech Solutions announced a technology association with the Mahesh Babu Foundation, founded by Superstar Mahesh Babu and led by Namrata Shirodkar Ghattamaneni. According to the company's exchange filing, this partnership brings the company's AI and digital health capabilities to the Foundation's work in healthcare, education, women's empowerment, HPV vaccination and rural transformation. The collaboration was launched with the introduction of GMB Life, a preventive screening and wellness app that went live on August 31 on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store to coincide with Mr. Gautam Ghattamaneni's birthday. As per latest reports, the agreement involves no shareholding or related-party transaction and was disclosed under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Blue Cloud Softech shares surged during Monday's intraday trading session, trading marginally higher at ₹20.35 per share at 1 pm, with the stock touching an intraday high of ₹20.59 per share and low of ₹19.98 per share. The stock has delivered impressive long-term returns, with a 243.54% gain over five years and a 3.59% increase in the past month, while maintaining a 52-week high of ₹38.00 reached on November 6, 2025, and a 52-week low of ₹16.51 on January 27, 2026.
Powered by Blue Cloud's AI-enabled healthcare platform 'BluHealth', GMB Life provides users with contactless screening tools that use brief camera-based scans on standard smartphones to generate indicative readings for heart rate, respiratory rate, blood pressure, heart rate variability, stress index, cardiac workload, body mass index and vascular age. The app connects users with upcoming health camps, screening drives and wellness programmes organized by the Foundation, allowing them to access information, register for events and receive updates. The platform is registered with the US Food and Drug Administration and endorsed by the Indian Medical Association and the Commonwealth Medical Association. The screening results are intended for general wellness awareness and should not be considered a substitute for clinical evaluation. As per Mahesh Babu, "With Blue Cloud's BluHealth technology, anyone with a smartphone can complete a short, contactless scan and receive indicative readings for heart rate, blood pressure, respiration rate, stress and cardiac workload in under a minute, without a needle or device."
Mrs. Namrata Shirodkar Ghattamaneni emphasized the transformative potential of the technology, stating that "Every health camp we conduct shows us the same thing: awareness reaches people late, and care reaches them later. GMB Life lets us stay in touch with communities between camps, screen far more people than we can meet in person, and follow up with those who need help." She highlighted the technology's clinical validity, noting that "BluHealth is US FDA registered and endorsed by the Indian Medical Association and the Commonwealth Medical Association, and it is designed to work alongside a doctor, not instead of one." Mr. Tejesh Kumar Kodali, Group Chairman expressed the company's commitment, stating that "It is a privilege for Blue Cloud to stand alongside Mahesh Babu garu and Namrata garu in a mission that has given so many children a second chance at life." He emphasized the kiosk programme's goal: "Our ambition is simple: no child or parent in a village the Foundation touches should go unscreened for want of a doctor nearby."
According to the company filing, Blue Cloud and the Foundation plan to roll out BluHealth-enabled healthcare kiosks at select locations, initially focusing on areas where the Foundation already conducts health camps. The kiosks will provide users with contactless wellness scans that take around a minute, with local doctors assessing results either on-site or through teleconsultations. As a subsequent phase, Blue Cloud and the Foundation plan to establish BluHealth-enabled healthcare kiosks at selected locations that will facilitate contactless scans followed by consultations with local doctors or tele-consultations. Mr. Rajesh Suryadevara, Chief Information Officer and Head of BluHealth, explained that "BluHealth was built for exactly this: preventive, non-invasive, anywhere. The kiosk programme closes the loop, connecting AI-based screening with a local doctor who knows the community and can act on the results." Additionally, Blue Cloud Softech Solutions' US subsidiary, BCSSL-USA, has entered into a Master Services Agreement with SpaceX International Limited with a minimum contractual commitment of USD 150,000,000 over an eighteen-month term, subject to executed agreements. This engagement represents a significant step in BCSSL's expansion into large-scale AI infrastructure, cybersecurity, telecommunications and data-centre solutions for global clients.
Blue Cloud Softech Solutions reported consolidated revenue of ₹1,002 crore for FY26, representing a 26% year-on-year increase. In the June quarter of FY27, revenue climbed 41.87% year-on-year to ₹292.53 crore, and net profit rose 24.74% to ₹17.95 crore. The company operates across nine countries, delivering sovereign AI platforms, digital infrastructure, telecom, cybersecurity, and healthcare technology to governments and enterprises. While the current association is not expected to have a material financial impact in the current fiscal year, it establishes a reference deployment for BluHealth in the consumer segment. This aligns with the company's broader revenue growth trajectory, diversifying its portfolio beyond traditional enterprise contracts into high-volume community health applications. The company's market capitalisation stands at ₹1,860 crores, with shares trading at ₹20.02, down 0.84% from the previous close of ₹20.19. The stock maintains a return on equity (ROE) of 51.45% and has demonstrated strong long-term performance with its 244% jump over five years.
