According to BSE data, trading volumes crossed more than 1.07 crore equity shares during Monday's session, significantly higher than the two-week average of 63.77 lakh shares, reflecting strong investor interest in the AI deal announcement. The stock rose 5% to ₹21.70 apiece on the BSE before settling marginally lower at ₹21.66, up 4.89%.
The company's U.S. subsidiary, Blue Cloud Softech Solutions-USA (BCSSL-USA), has executed a definitive five-year Master Services Agreement (MSA) with SpaceX International Ltd, MY, as announced in the latest BSE filing. As per the exchange disclosure, this agreement follows earlier disclosures regarding exploration of AI business opportunities, which have now resulted in the execution of a definitive MSA with the Malaysia-based cloud and software services firm. The company stated that the agreement follows its earlier disclosure regarding discussions with the customer, which have now culminated in the execution of a definitive Master Services Agreement.
Under the agreement, BCSSL-USA may provide artificial intelligence (AI) infrastructure, cloud-native AI platforms, enterprise AI solutions, AI consulting, AI integration, AI operations, and other AI-enabled digital transformation services to SpaceX International. The company has emphasized that commercial terms, pricing, implementation schedules and customer-specific operational information will remain confidential based on the mutual agreement between the companies, ensuring proprietary business details are protected. As per the latest regulatory filing, the agreement is subject to mutually agreed Statements of Work (SoWs) and the terms of the Master Services Agreement.
Tejesh Kumar Kodali, Group Chairman of Blue Cloud Softech Group, stated that the execution of this Master Services Agreement is an important step in the expansion of their global AI business. As reported by Live Mint, he emphasized that the agreement establishes a long-term framework for delivering enterprise AI solutions and AI infrastructure services at scale, reflecting customer confidence in Blue Cloud's AI capabilities. Bhaskar Nallamilli, Chief Executive Officer, BCSSL-USA, added that this agreement strengthens BCSSL-USA's position as a trusted enterprise AI transformation partner and looks forward to delivering scalable AI infrastructure, cloud native AI platforms and AI-driven digital transformation solutions under mutually agreed Statements of Work.
After remaining under pressure for a prolonged period, Blue Cloud Softech Solutions shares have shown signs of recovery in recent months. According to Live Mint, the stock has gained 9% so far in July, following a 3.4% rise in June, helping trim its year-to-date losses to less than 1%. In the previous calendar year, the stock lost more than 55% of its value, with seven out of 12 months ending in the red. The sharp correction came after two consecutive years of stellar gains, with the stock surging 331% in 2023 followed by another 70% rally in 2024. Despite the recent recovery, the shares are still trading around 50% below their all-time high of ₹130.50, though they remain over 413% higher than their level five years ago.
