The company's revenue for the quarter grew 2.4% to ₹1,349 crore from ₹1,317 crore a year ago, demonstrating steady top-line growth. The company's EBITDA margin expanded to 18.5%, reflecting enhanced profitability across business operations.
The board has recommended a final dividend of ₹4 per equity share of face value ₹2 each (200%) for FY26, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming annual general meeting.
