
According to CNBC TV18, Bikaji Foods International delivered exceptional financial results for the third quarter ended December 31, 2025, with net profit more than doubling to ₹62.6 crore, representing a 122% year-on-year increase from ₹28.7 crore in the same period last year. Revenue from operations grew 11.5% YoY to ₹775.8 crore compared to ₹696 crore in Q3FY25. Total income for the quarter reached ₹801.36 crore, up from ₹696.07 crore in the year-ago period.
The company's operating performance showed significant improvement, as reported by CNBC TV18. EBITDA for the December quarter stood at ₹84 crore, substantially higher than ₹38 crore a year ago. More notably, EBITDA margin expanded to 10.8% from 5.5% on a year-on-year basis, indicating improved operational efficiency. Total expenses for the quarter were ₹719.79 crore, resulting in a profit before tax of ₹81.57 crore, with tax expenses aggregating ₹19.4 crore.
For the nine months ended December 31, 2025, according to the company's unaudited financial results reported by CNBC TV18, Bikaji Foods achieved consolidated revenue from operations of ₹2,227.75 crore, while total income stood at ₹2,306.63 crore. The profit for the nine-month period was ₹198.37 crore, demonstrating consistent performance throughout the fiscal year.
As reported by CNBC TV18, the board approved several strategic initiatives including an additional investment of up to ₹50 crore in Bikaji Foods Retail Limited, the wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, through additional subscription in its share capital. The board also approved execution of a joint venture-cum-shareholders agreement between Bikaji Foods International Limited, its Managing Director Deepak Agarwal, and Thayekunni Khaleel, Founder of the Bakemart brand, for undertaking the frozen and bakery business in India through Bikaji Bakes Private Limited.
According to CNBC TV18, the board further approved execution of a loan agreement with Petunt Food Processors Private Limited, a subsidiary of the company, for an amount of up to ₹5 crore.
