The strong performance was driven by significant revenue growth, with revenue from operations reaching ₹170 crore, registering a sharp 64% growth from ₹103.77 crore in Q4 FY25.
For the full financial year FY26, Bhatia Communications & Retail demonstrated consistent growth momentum. As reported by LiveMint, revenue from operations stood at ₹591.43 crore, reflecting a 34% growth from ₹442.72 crore reported in FY25. The company's net profit for the year rose 21% YoY to ₹167.64 crore from ₹138.17 crore in the previous financial year. Additionally, the company announced a final dividend of Re. 0.01 per equity share for FY26, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
The company's operational efficiency showed improvement during Q4 FY26, with profit before tax rising to ₹66.08 crore from ₹39.75 crore in the year-ago period. However, total expenses increased to ₹165.33 crore compared to ₹100.52 crore in the corresponding quarter last year. Despite the strong quarterly results, the stock continues to trade significantly below recent peaks, having declined 26% from its September 2025 peak of ₹33.60 and falling nearly 58% from its all-time high of ₹59.50 touched in October 2022.
