
According to reports from Business Standard, Bharati Defence & Infrastructure reported a standalone net loss of ₹321.44 crore in the quarter ended March 2026, marking a significant deterioration from the net profit of ₹13.11 crore recorded in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. The company's sales performance showed strong growth, rising 54.34% to ₹19.40 crore in Q4 FY2026 compared to ₹12.57 crore in Q4 FY2025. However, the operational profit margin declined substantially to 35.41% from 89.90% in the previous year quarter.
For the full financial year 2026, Bharati Defence & Infrastructure reported a net loss of ₹312.73 crore compared to a net profit of ₹14.29 crore in the previous year ended March 2025. Annual sales demonstrated steady growth, increasing 24.08% to ₹28.91 crore in FY2026 from ₹23.30 crore in FY2025. The company's operational profit margin for the full year stood at 53.93% compared to 53.56% in the previous financial year.
As reported by Business Standard, the company's profit before depreciation and tax (PBDT) for Q4 FY2026 was ₹7.02 crore, representing a 46% decline from ₹13.11 crore in Q4 FY2025. Similarly, profit before tax (PBT) for the quarter decreased by 47% to ₹7.01 crore from ₹13.11 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. The annual PBDT performance showed a 10% increase to ₹15.74 crore from ₹14.29 crore in FY2025, while PBT for the full year grew by 10% to ₹15.73 crore from ₹14.29 crore in the previous financial year.
