
According to reports from CNBC TV18, Bayer CropScience Ltd delivered robust fourth-quarter results with net profit rising 13.1% year-on-year to ₹162 crore, compared with ₹143 crore in the same period last year. The agrochemicals major reported revenue of ₹1,100.8 crore and EBITDA of ₹202.9 crore for Q4 FY26. Profit before tax stood at ₹206.4 crore, significantly higher than ₹167.9 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. The company's EBITDA margin improved to 18.4% versus 16.3% in Q4 FY25.
As reported by CNBC TV18, Bayer CropScience achieved revenue from operations of ₹5,675 crore in FY 2025-26, compared with ₹5,473.4 crore in the previous year. Profit before tax for the full year stood at ₹854.9 crore, against ₹707.4 crore in the corresponding period last year. Profit After Tax grew by 21% for the full year, demonstrating the company's resilience amid external challenges. According to Simon Wiebusch, Vice Chairman and Managing Director and CEO of BCSL, the company maintained financial stability through disciplined cost and cash flow management, with the balance sheet remaining strong to support operations and strategic priorities.
According to CNBC TV18, the board of directors recommended a final dividend of ₹60 per share for FY26, subject to approval by shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting. The company's shares ended at ₹4,511.95, up by ₹138.50, or 3.17% on the BSE following the results announcement.
