According to company reports, Joshi's resignation will be effective from the close of business hours on 25 July 2026. In his resignation letter, Joshi stated that the decision was taken to pursue the next phase of his professional journey.
The company reported mixed financial results for Q4 FY26. Standalone net profit declined 18.5% to ₹295.09 crore despite a 7.08% increase in revenue from operations to ₹2,941.15 crore compared to Q4 FY25.
