
Pune-based Bajaj Auto is expected to deliver robust financial results for the April-June 2026 quarter, with analysts projecting significant growth across key metrics. According to Zee Business research, the company is estimated to register a standalone net profit of ₹2,787 crore for the quarter ended June 30, representing a 33% jump over the corresponding period last year. The motorcycle maker had logged a net profit of ₹2,096 crore for the first quarter of FY26, indicating strong operational performance.
Analysts peg the company to register a 34.9% jump in its top line for the June quarter to ₹16,976 crore. The operational performance is expected to be particularly strong, with Bajaj Auto projected to post EBITDA of ₹3,410 crore for the quarter, marking a 37.4% rise over the year-ago period. Its margin is expected to improve by 40 basis points to 20.1%, demonstrating enhanced profitability metrics.
According to the research, Bajaj Auto is expected to achieve strong volume growth during the quarter. The company's total volumes surged 29.4% to 14.38 lakh units, while exports demonstrated exceptional growth of 54% during the same period. In the two-wheeler segment, domestic sales increased 11% to 5.87 lakh units, while exports grew significantly by 52% to 6.36 lakh units. Commercial vehicle exports also showed robust performance with 69% growth to 96,168 units.
As of July 14, Bajaj Auto shares have grown 6.2% so far in 2026, outperforming losses of 8.0% and 6.8% in the Nifty 50 and Nifty Auto indices respectively. The largecap auto stock has rallied 25.6% in the last one year, significantly outperforming the Nifty 50's decline of 4.1% and Nifty Auto's rise of 12.7%. The company maintains a 1.0% weightage in the Nifty 50 and 12% weightage in the Nifty Auto barometer.
