The announcement positions the BSE-listed technology solutions provider to enter the high-growth visual intelligence sector amid rapid expansion in the global artificial intelligence market. The proposed acquisition enables Avance Technologies to enter the visual intelligence and edge AI ecosystem, a segment experiencing accelerated adoption across manufacturing, infrastructure, smart cities, retail, logistics, and industrial automation sectors.
The strategic move aligns with the company's strategy of building ownership in scalable, IP-led technology platforms with proven enterprise adoption. The global AI market is projected to reach USD 2.40 trillion by 2032, while India's AI contribution to GDP is expected to reach USD 500.00 billion by 2035. Avance Technologies currently maintains a market capitalization of ₹196.21 crores, positioning the acquisition as a significant strategic expansion for the technology solutions provider.
Pushpak AI has established a diverse enterprise client portfolio serving leading organizations across multiple sectors. The platform's solutions have been deployed by marquee clients including Maruti Suzuki, TVS Motor Company, and Hero in the automotive sector, Larsen & Toubro and Adani Group in infrastructure, and CMS Info Systems, Spice Money, and RapiPay in financial services. Additional deployments span logistics companies like IndiCold and Everest Fleet, government entities including Smart City Bhubaneswar and GMDA, and defense applications through the Military College of Electronics and Mechanical Engineering.
