
Ashiana Housing shares experienced significant buying interest, jumping 16.3% to log an intraday high of ₹354.95 on BSE. According to reports from Business Standard, at 10:50 AM, the stock was trading 12.8% higher at ₹344.2 per share, significantly outperforming the BSE Sensex which was up only 0.08% at 84,344.96. The strong market response came after the company released its Q3FY26 results on Tuesday, after market hours.
The company delivered exceptional financial results for the December quarter, with consolidated net profit surging 420% to ₹56.65 crore compared to ₹10.89 crore in the same period last year. As reported by Business Standard, revenue from operations increased 167% to ₹373.35 crore during the quarter, compared to ₹139.93 crore year-on-year. The company's EBITDA stood at ₹79.8 crore, significantly higher than ₹23.89 crore a year ago, with EBITDA margins improving to 21.38% from 17.07% year-on-year.
According to Business Standard, the company declared an interim dividend of ₹1 per share, representing 50% of the face value of ₹2 per equity share for the financial year ending March 31, 2026. The record date for dividend entitlement has been fixed as February 19, 2026. In Q3 FY26, 357 units were booked compared to 307 units in Q2 FY26 and 451 units in Q3 FY25. The company launched Ashiana Amaya (Jamshedpur) and Vatsalya Phase-II (Chennai) in Q3 FY26, with 149 units sold worth ₹198.62 crore out of total 402 units.
As reported by Business Standard, the sale value of area booked in 9MFY26 was ₹1,135.47 crore, compared to ₹1,362.17 crore in 9MFY25. The previous year's higher sales were primarily driven by the launch of Ashiana Swarang Phase-I (Chennai), Ashiana Amodh Phase-II (Pune), and Ashiana Ekansh Phase-IV (Jaipur), where 183 units worth ₹191.27 crore were sold. Additionally, Ashiana Amarah Phase-IV recorded sales value of ₹82.15 crore with sold area of 0.57 lakh sq. ft.
