The new residential project is estimated to generate ₹180 crore in top-line revenues for Arvind SmartSpaces. As reported by Upstox Securities, this revenue projection provides significant growth potential for the realty firm's financial performance. The substantial revenue estimate from the new project has clearly captured investor attention and contributed to the positive market response, with the company leveraging its established benchmarks in the plotting and villa segments to capitalize on these opportunities.
Shares of Arvind SmartSpaces gained 2.86% to ₹611.60 after the company announced the new residential project signing, according to Business Standard. This represents a continued positive market reaction following the initial surge of 10.5% to ₹656.7 in early trade on Tuesday, as reported by CNBC TV18. The sustained investor interest reflects strong confidence in the company's expansion into new development opportunities in the promising South Ahmedabad micro-market, with the 2.86% gain indicating sustained momentum in the stock's performance.

The company operates as an Ahmedabad-based real estate developer with around 100.1 million square feet of projects across India, with developments in Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar, Baroda, Bengaluru, Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR) and Pune.
Last month, the company announced plans to launch six new projects in financial year 2027, marking the highest launch count in the firm's history after expanding its portfolio over the last two years. With over ₹3,000 crore in gross development value (GVA) added in the previous year, Arvind SmartSpaces is looking at growth to accelerate, guiding for nearly 35%-40% growth in FY27 while maintaining sharp focus on profitability, cash flows and return ratios. However, the company's consolidated net profit slipped to ₹96.44 crore in FY26 from ₹110.49 crore in the preceding year, while total income fell to ₹584.47 crore from ₹736.11 crore during the same period, as reported by The Economic Times.
