According to reports from Business Standard, Tripathy brings over 15 years of experience in budgeting, financial planning, corporate reporting, management information systems (MIS), and financial control across large-scale manufacturing organisations. The appointment comes alongside the resignation of Muthusamy Palanisamy from the same position, effective 3 June 2026. The Board of Directors approved the appointment during a meeting held at the company's registered office in Kanchipuram, Tamil Nadu.
As reported by Business Standard, Tripathy possesses expertise in cost management and product costing, helping businesses improve operational efficiency and profitability. Throughout his career, he has successfully led project management initiatives, strengthened internal control frameworks, and driven process improvement programmes to enhance financial governance, analytical capabilities, and decision-making effectiveness. The company noted his ability to collaborate closely with senior management and business leaders, providing actionable financial insights and optimising reporting processes.
According to the company, as reported by Business Standard, the resignation is part of a broader restructuring and reorganisation of management functions at the group level, following decisions taken by the board of directors. The leadership change represents a strategic shift in the company's financial management structure as it continues to focus on sustainable growth and value creation. The company has received confirmation from Mr. Palanisamy that there are no other material reasons for his resignation beyond those stated in his resignation letter.

The company achieved a consolidated net profit of ₹11.92 crore in Q4 FY26, compared with ₹0.53 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal. Revenue from operations surged significantly to ₹46.01 crore in Q4 FY26 from ₹4.11 crore reported in Q4 FY25. The stock closed at ₹114.75 on the BSE, declining 0.26% during the trading session.
