
Aptus Value Housing Finance India delivered robust financial performance in the June 2026 quarter, with consolidated net profit rising 19.01% to ₹260.94 crore compared to ₹219.25 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. The company's sales revenue increased 15.38% to ₹600.29 crore in Q1 FY27, up from ₹520.26 crore in the same period last year. As reported by The Hindu BusinessLine, the company's assets under management (AUM) grew 21% year-on-year to ₹13,648 crore from ₹11,267 crore, driven by strong disbursements of ₹1,053 crore during the quarter. The operating profit margin (OPM) improved to 81.94% from 84.43% in the previous year, showing efficient cost management despite the revenue growth.
On the asset quality front, gross non-performing assets (NPAs) rose to 1.7% from 1.5% in the previous year, while net NPA stood at 1.3% compared to 1.1% earlier. Profit Before Depreciation and Tax (PBDT) grew 15% to ₹332.58 crore from ₹288.67 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year.
