Stockbroking firm Angel One announced that its board will consider a second interim dividend for the financial year 2026-27. According to reports from Live Mint, the announcement comes ahead of the board meeting scheduled for Thursday, 15 October, 2026, to review and approve the company's financial results for the quarter ended 30 September 2026. The record date for determining shareholder eligibility has been set as Thursday, 22 October, 2026, as disclosed in an exchange filing dated 6 October. Given India's T+1 settlement cycle, shares purchased on or after the record date will not be eligible for the dividend payment, making October 13, 2026 the last trading day for retail investors to buy shares to qualify for the payout.
