Logistics operator Allcargo Terminals Ltd delivered robust financial results for the September quarter, with consolidated profit after tax (PAT) reaching ₹21 crore compared to ₹11 crore in the year-ago period, representing a nearly 85% increase. According to the company's latest unaudited financial results approved by the Board of Directors on November 4, 2026, revenue from operations stood at ₹252 crore, marking a 21.5% growth from ₹207 crore recorded during the July-September period of FY 26. The company also demonstrated strong sequential growth with net profit jumping 228% quarter-on-quarter from ₹6 crore in Q1FY27.
The company achieved significant operational milestones with total volumes handled growing 12.6% year-on-year to 1,90,100 TEUs in Q2FY27, as reported in the latest investor presentation. This volume growth was attributed to higher volumes across its pan-India container freight station (CFS) and inland container depot (ICD) network. The strong performance reflects the company's strategic focus on expanding its operational footprint and improving service capacity, with the growth rate outpacing revenue expansion due to operating leverage and better realization rates.
The company demonstrated strong operational efficiency with EBITDA of ₹59 crore during the September period, compared to ₹40 crore in the second quarter of last financial year, growing 45.9% year-on-year. According to the latest results, EBITDA margin stood at 23.4%, reflecting the company's continued focus on cost discipline, process optimisation, and better asset utilisation. The significant EBITDA improvement indicates enhanced operational efficiency and improved margin management across the business, with profitability growing faster than revenue due to improved operational leverage.
Pranav Choudhary, Managing Director of Allcargo Terminals Limited, commented on the results, stating that the growth reflects continued progress of the business, supported by focused yield management, increased transhipment activity and the strength of our operational network. As reported by NDTV Profit, Choudhary emphasized that the company's focus remains on driving operational efficiencies, optimising business opportunities across the CFS and ICD network, and strengthening capabilities to support India's evolving EXIM trade requirements. The latest results highlight the company's strategic focus on operational excellence and capacity expansion across its container handling infrastructure network.
