The company's standalone net profit increased by 4.41% to ₹94.96 crore compared to ₹90.95 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. However, sales remained relatively flat, rising just 0.25% to ₹757.66 crore from ₹755.75 crore in Q4 FY2025. The company's operating profit margin (OPM) improved to 15.13% in the current quarter from 14.67% in the year-ago period. EBITDA for Q4 FY2026 stood at ₹127.88 crore, representing a 4.33% increase from ₹122.57 crore in Q4 FY2025. Earnings per share (EPS) increased to ₹8.30 in March 2026 from ₹7.95 in March 2025, reflecting improved profitability per share.
For the full financial year 2026, Ajax Engineering faced headwinds with net profit declining 13.44% to ₹225.15 crore compared to ₹260.10 crore in FY2025. Despite the profit decline, the company managed to achieve sales growth of 1.38% to ₹2,102.54 crore from ₹2,073.92 crore in the previous year. The operating profit margin for FY2026 was 12.64% compared to 15.34% in FY2025, indicating some pressure on operational efficiency during the full year period.
As reported by Business Standard, the company's PBDT (Profit Before Depreciation and Tax) for Q4 FY2026 was ₹127.84 crore, representing a 2% increase from ₹125.00 crore in Q4 FY2025. For the full year, PBDT declined 13% to ₹314.70 crore from ₹361.82 crore in the previous year. The PBT (Profit Before Tax) for Q4 FY2026 was ₹125.96 crore, showing a 3% increase from ₹122.18 crore in Q4 FY2025. Full-year PBT also declined 13% to ₹304.33 crore from ₹350.89 crore in FY2025. Total income from operations for Q4 FY2026 was ₹757.66 crore, with consumption of raw materials at ₹527.61 crore and purchase of traded goods at ₹20.05 crore.
