
According to reports from ET Now, Adani Total Gas reported a 4% year-on-year growth in standalone profit after tax (PAT) at ₹156 crore in the January-March quarter of FY26, compared to ₹149 crore in the year-ago period. The standalone revenue from operations stood at ₹1,696 crore in Q4 FY26, representing a 16% year-on-year increase from ₹1,457 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous financial year. The company attributed the revenue growth to higher volumes, while EBITDA increased 13% YoY to ₹310 crore against ₹274 crore in the same quarter of the previous financial year.
As reported by ET Now, the Board of Adani Total Gas recommended a dividend of ₹0.25 per share for the financial year 2025-26, subject to approval at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. The company has fixed Friday, June 12, 2026 as the record date for determining entitlement to receive the dividend. If declared by shareholders at the AGM, the dividend shall be paid on or after June 26, 2026, subject to deduction of tax at source as applicable.
According to the company's regulatory filing, CNG volume increased by 17% YoY due to CNG network expansion across multiple geographical areas. The company now connects approximately 11 lakh homes with piped natural gas, with PNG volume increasing by 5% YoY following the addition of new PNG connections. Overall volume growth stood at 13% YoY, while the cost of natural gas increased 18% YoY to ₹1,199 crore due to lower allocation of APM gas to CNG segment, higher household prices, and higher spot prices due to geopolitical tensions.
As reported by ET Now, Suresh P. Manglani, CEO & ED of Adani Total Gas, stated that the company delivered strong double-digit growth in volumes and revenues with steady EBITDA expansion. Despite geopolitical disruptions from West Asia, elevated LNG prices, and currency volatility, the company maintained uninterrupted gas supply through its nimble and diversified sourcing strategy. The company continues to scale clean energy infrastructure across CNG, PNG, and e-mobility, with EV charge points crossing the 5,100 mark during the period.
According to ET Now, shares of Adani Total Gas ended at ₹636.10, gaining ₹9.10 or 1.45% from the previous closing price of ₹627 on the BSE. The positive market response reflects investor confidence in the company's operational performance and growth trajectory in India's energy transition sector.
