Pandita brings extensive experience in energy sector leadership, having successfully led high-impact initiatives spanning city gas distribution, LNG infrastructure, mobility solutions, clean energy transition and downstream fuel businesses. As reported by The Economic Times, he has demonstrated strong capabilities in strategic planning, business expansion, market development, P&L management and stakeholder engagement while consistently building high-performing teams and execution-focused organisations. His leadership has contributed to the development of future-ready energy ecosystems aligned with the nation's sustainability ambitions. With expertise in natural gas, LNG, LPG and emerging low-carbon energy solutions, Pandita is widely recognized for his contributions to India's clean energy transition and business growth initiatives. Prior to his current role at RIL/Jiobp Mobility solutions, Pandita held leadership positions with Mahanagar Gas Limited and Gujarat Gas Limited, where he was instrumental in driving commercial growth, customer expansion and strategic business initiatives. According to The Economic Times, he earlier worked with Nayara Energy, where he developed strong expertise in fuel retailing and sales management. Pandita holds an engineering professional qualification with a B.Tech degree, Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and a Post Graduate qualification in Executive Business Management from Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Kolkata. Manglani, now re-designated as an Executive Director at Adani Total Gas, possesses over three decades of experience in the oil and gas industry, including approximately 17 years with British Gas and BP Plc joint ventures in India, primarily in midstream and downstream city gas distribution (CGD) businesses.
