According to an exchange filing on Monday, Adani Enterprises will release its fourth quarter FY26 financial results on Thursday, April 30, 2026. The board meeting scheduled for April 30 will consider and approve financial results for Q4 FY26 and recommend a dividend, if any. The company has not announced the specific timing for result release, noting that in Q3, results were released during market hours while in Q2, they were declared after market hours.
As reported by Upstox, the board will also consider raising funds through equity share issuance or other eligible securities. The fundraising methods may include private placement, qualified institutions placement, preferential issue, or other permissible methods under applicable laws, subject to regulatory approvals and shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting. This represents a significant expansion of the company's capital raising capabilities beyond traditional debt financing. In October 2024, Adani Enterprises successfully raised ₹4,200 crore through a QIP by issuing shares to Quant Mutual Fund, SBI Life Insurance and other eligible buyers, demonstrating the company's proven track record in equity fundraising.
According to The Economic Times, Adani Enterprises has demonstrated strong recent performance with a robust return of 21.4% over the last month and 2.83% return over the last three months. The stock is currently trading at ₹2,225.60, showing a 0.3% increase in recent sessions. The stock has recorded a 5.35% return in the last week and maintains a 5-year return of 96.77%, indicating strong long-term performance. The company's consolidated revenue from operations advanced 8.62% to ₹24,819.59 crore in the December quarter of FY26, as against ₹22,848.42 crore in the year-ago period. These strong Q3 results provide a positive backdrop for the upcoming Q4 announcement.
Recent developments include Adani Enterprises' subsidiary increasing its holding in Air Works India to 99.98% after acquiring an additional 14.2% shareholding last month. Air Works India operates in the aviation space, expanding the group's presence in the aviation sector.
